Hi its going to be our 3rd time in Japan, we went last January 2024 and June 2023 (around 10 days each trip) and explored most of the tourist spots around Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Tokyo. We're planning on getting the JR Hokuriku Arch Pass in the middle of the trip depending on our final itinerary, so far using train fare calculators its worth it. Sharing my general itinerary of areas we plan on going to, these are not that specific since we want to roam/discover this time around. Our interests are mainly anime, matcha and food, not that heavy on the nature but we appreciate it. This trip would be on the 1st week of February since we wanna see snow.
Day 0 (1 Feb) – arrival and check-in Ebisucho accommodation settle in

- Shinsaibashi shopping
- Denden town
Day 2 (3 Feb) – START OF JR PASS
- Kyoto day trip
- Buy drink and eat matcha
- roam around Osaka in the evening
Day 3 (4 Feb)
- Kobe Day trip

Day 4 (5 Feb)

- Afternoon stroll through Kanazawa Kazue-machi/Higashi Chaya District
Day 5 (6 Feb)
- trip to Shirakawa-go

Day 6 (7 Feb)
- Check out of Kanazawa
- Stop by Nagano for lunch, roam a bit
- Head to Tokyo in the evening and check-in accommodation at Higashi-nihonbashi
Day 7 and 8 (8-9 Feb) very loose since we already been around Tokyo a lot

Day 9 (10 Feb) END OF JR PASS validity
- Tokyo Disneysea (Tuesday was a holiday and didn't want to go on weekends)
Day 10 (11 Feb)
- go to anywhere we missed previously on Day 7-8.
- Optional Fuji Day trip
Day 11 (12 Feb)
- Check-out head to Narita airport and head home
