I am planning to travel to Japan next year and plan on getting an IC card. Ive been reading everywhere that all IC cards are currently interchangeable. So my questions are.
1.) If I have a Manaca card will that work on general local transportation in cities like Tokyo, Osaka, Yokohama, Hokkaido, etc
2.) Do all IC cards expire after 10 years?
3.) What if the Manaca card was from like 2013? Would that matter in it’s ability to be used nationwide in Japan?
