Im moving to japan on the 23rd of August and i wanted to get a sim which i can use as a japanese Number for bank accounts etc, so im looking into Japan Voice+Data SIM Card option given by mobal , but the transaction keeps failing for all my cards which have international transactions enabled
1) Has anyone brought from mobal, if so did you face such issues? if you did how could you solve it
2) Anyother alternative option which can get me these type of sims, sakura mobiles require me to have residency card printed with adress so cant use that, so any alternatives?
