Itinerary with a 3 year old

Hi all,

This will be our second trip to Japan, and the first time we went was in 2017 prior to having our daughter. We're going in late October and early November for 14 days.

The last time we went for about 20 days and covered Tokyo, Matsumoto, Kanazawa, Takayama, Kyoto and Hiroshima.

This time round we'd like to keep the itinerary tight and not move around a lot. What would you recommend as a sample/rough itinerary for 14 days where the trip revolves around our 3 yos life.

Our interests include food, culture and things to do with our daughter.

We went to Korea in April and have had plenty of lessons from that trip (mainly not city hop but keep it to 1-2 places max + have low expectations of the number of things we will do/see each day).
