Express passes for October sold out for universal Osaka?

I was checking the different ticket sites and the dates included for October all have their express passes sold out. I was wondering if maybe there was an error, they seem pretty available for all of August and September but the two weeks available for October are sold out. I was wondering if maybe I’m ignorant on just when they become available or if I’m just out of luck
