How do I access my SoftBank email box?! I can’t do it by going into the mysoftbank app. The imap.softbank.jp site also won’t open. I’m at my wits end!
Long story short, I need to print out my bank details from the Yuuchou direct online service for a visa application. However, they don’t send one time passwords (OTP) to gmail accounts. So I changed my yuuchou email acccount (via my smartphone) and now my OTP is being sent to my softbank email inbox and I have NO IDEA where to find this mythical inbox. Can somebody please put me out of my misery and tell me how to do it. Stuck on this for the last 2 hours!!
