So, I registered NISA with SBI a while back and as you already know their UI can probably win them the "worst UI on the planet" award. But setting that aside I have a specific question.
So, I'm able to purchase individual stocks into the growth part of NISA, all seems to be working, but for some reason when I setup the tsumitate auto purchase it simply doesn't execute… There are no errors of any kind or messages from them and it is configured exactly as I saw in tutorial videos on youtube. Instead, it just rolls to the next period without actually purchasing anything. The amount of money in the account is also enough to cover several months of purchases.
The following is pretty standard settings I think:
- NISA（つみたて投資枠） 現金
- 三菱ＵＦＪ－ｅＭＡＸＩＳ Ｓｌｉｍ 全世界株式（オール・カントリー）
- 積立コース（設定日）：毎週（月曜日）
- 設定金額：5,000円
- NISA枠ぎりぎり注文：〇
- ボーナス月：–
But yet again, now that a new week has started it shows me that the order will supposedly be executed on Saturday 2024/08/24. But it was exactly the same last week and a week before that without anything happening. This makes no sense what so ever.
Has anyone encountered anything like that?
