I'm currently using an old Line Mobile plan (under NTT), and it doesn't offer the option to send texts internationally. I've tried using Skype as an alternative, but it didn't work for my needs.
I only need to send 1 to 3 max texts abroad, and it's not something I require regularly.
Maybe subscribe to povo for 1 month or any other suggestions?
