Going from Mt Fuji to Kawaguchiko

Hi!

I'm climbing to Mt Fuji, staying there in a hut and then come down and go to a hotel I have reserved on Kawaguchiko. The point is that I'm a bit lost about to arrive there from the route fujinomiya, any advise? Thanks a lot
