Is it possible to make my font look better? It actually looked neat *before* I actually installed the language pack

1. Try Yu Gothic. It’s a quality sans-serif font for Japanese and Chinese characters (kanji), and may be available in the Windows. I’ve found Yu Gothic Medium very pleasing to the eyes.

   There may be a specialized version called Yu Gothic UI, whose target seems to be improved readability on screen, but the kanas are atrocious to my taste.

2. There are some real.nice ttf files online to install various Nihon go fonts
