Can I apply for a J-Find visa while in Japan on a working holiday visa?
I don't see any restrictions about needing to be in your home country (unlike WHV).
Also it says "Five years have not elapsed since the date of conferment" for J-Find. Is this since eligible for graduation, or when the graduation certificate was issued? I guess it's the latter.
Do you think it's better to apply for WHV and then if I want to stay longer I just apply for J-Find?
