Where to store large luggage near Shibuya Station for 2.5 weeks

I am moving to Japan in September. I am flying with a friend and between us we will be taking 1 large suitcase, 1 smaller suitcase and 2 rucksacks. My housing contract does not start until October 1 so we have decided to go travelling for 2 weeks then I’ll stay in Tokyo alone for a week before I can move in. My accomodation will be in Komaba so Shibuya Station area seems like a good place to store it. Doesn’t seem like I could use station coin lockers as they almost never allow more than 3 days of storage. We are using Yamato or similar company to forward (with a few days delay) the smaller suitcase to Kyoto at the midpoint of 2 week travels so I guess an option could be to send the larger suitcase with it and then we’d send both suitcases back to Tokyo the next morning to arrive a week later, for example. Although Yamato is pretty reliable it seems like a complicated way of doing things and a little risky given the bigger suitcase will have lots of my important belongings inside in order for me to live in Japan. Finally there’s other services such as hotels/shops which rent out storage space for luggage for longer periods and company’s that offer storage but the issue here is that we are landing at Haneda at 21:30 at night and I can’t find anyone that’d accept the luggage that late. Therefore I’m a bit stuck as to what the best option is. Obviously it’d be a pain to get the large suitcase around on Tokyo public transport but I could take it to a hotel for the night then travel to Shibuya with it the next morning and store it somewhere then. Alternatively maybe I could store it at Haneda but I’m also struggling to find anywhere that’d take it that late in the evening and store it for 2.5 weeks. Any suggestions and help would be much appreciated

TL;DR: I’m landing at Haneda at 21:30 and have a large suitcase that I need to store, ideally near Shibuya Station, for 2.5 weeks – what’s the best way of achieving this?
