Heading to Tokyo & Osaka in Nov/Dec. I have maybe a dumb question. Occaissionally i’ll lock up my stroller to a bike rack here in the states when i dont need it for like 30-60 mins shopping around with the kids. Would it be frowned upon or unsafe to leave my stroller unattended in Tokyo or Osaka for 30 mins while carrying the baby into a store or to explore a narrow alley?
