Could Hirooki Goto sell a big WK match in 2025? (nothing to do with the G1 standings so no stress about spoilers)

So Hirooki Goto is a fan favourite and I’ve never actually seen so many people get behind a specific person like they did during his NJC final.

So my question is, if Hirooki Goto won the G1 this year. Could Naito vs Goto at WK be a match that would sell you on the event?

Could it realistically sell enough tickets within the Japanese audience.

Would it be a smart move to allow a more “mobile” dude to stand In the way of the new generation?
