Hello , I have a question about ECC and Aeon’s hiring process . I see it’s fairly similar to all the other ALT companies , However the last interview they want you to come to LA or Texas it appears . I know many ALT companies want you to do a teaching demo and interview over video chat as the final step . Does ECC/AEON give American applicants a chance to fully interview over video chat? The reason I ask is at the moment I simply don’t have the time to travel to California or Texas as they are very far away. (Correction I just realized they are Eikaiwa’s)
