I want some advice on the future

I'm currently in high school and plan to study for five years at my local university to earn a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. I'm considering applying to the University of Tokyo for a master's degree afterward. Before pursuing my master's, I intend to take a licensure exam in my home country, then study abroad for a year or two, and return for a second licensure exam. Although I don't know Japanese yet, I've heard that Japan is highly advanced in technology, which aligns with my career goals. If I decide to go, I plan to spend the next eight years learning both casual and business Japanese. With my bachelors degree, here id have future jobs mostly assured, especially with the first licensure exam. Do you guys think it would be worth it? Part of this is also due to the fact that I want to exit my comfort zone and study abroad for a little. Would you guys think it’s worth it?
