I'm a bit confused about booking the airport limousine from Narita to my hotel. In the flowchart on the site on "How to book tickets", there's a flow chart that shows you the options if you decide to pay later. However, when I go into the booking page, it says prepayment is required.
I also have questions on cancellations or changes (ie. in case my flight is delayed) since these things can be unpredictable. Are we able to make changes? Is it advisable to reserve seats ahead of time or will there still be seats after I arrive at the airport?
