I really want to move to Japan after my fiancé finishes college. He goes to Georgia Tech for physics which is a prestigious college and a prestigious degree. Unfortunately I didn’t finish college due to my disability so the current plan for me is to apply for a dependent visa and him to apply for a work visa. I was working towards becoming an esthetician in the US but saw that cosmetology is basically blocked off for foreigners in Japan. Would it be possible for me to become an esthetician in Japan if I attend university there? If so then I would apply for a student visa and then switch to a work visa. Also want to mention I am not fluent in Japanese at the moment but plan to learn over the next 3 years before we move
