Can you recommend good probiotics friend? Not the drinks, yakult type but capsules hopefully.

I generously took probiotics when I was in my home country. And while I'm working here I want to do the same. But I'm kinda confused and visited a lot of pharmacy and grocery stores but I can really choose.
