The mystery of それどころ

Alright so I recently read それどころか and looked it up, "on the contrary; far from it; if anything; in fact; instead" alright I said and moved on with my life. Now I met それどころじゃない and jisho, google translate and deep L returned me different answears. Trying to look it up on goo japanese dict I got nothing for it. I did however get a result for それどころ. I am probably overthinking this but should I just flatly ignore all the translations of それどころじゃない and just go with the japanese それどころ def. and ない that shit or am I missing something? Also found this funny video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hzqJ81vZ-3I

Also how does the か work in それどころか. how does it go from not that much to on the contrary.

I'm definitely stuck in a translating trap here, obviously. But I cant find my way out even when looking at the japanese def. Please help.
