Best way (cost wise) to send money from Revolut to My Japanese account

Hi,

I want to transfer 20 000 euros from my Revolut account to my Japanese SBI Shinsei bank account, I’ve search for the best option but it’s pretty confusing, what is the best way to do this?
Should I convert the euros in yen before (no fee on Revolut’s side it seems) or transfer euro and convert once it’s in Japan etc?
