On-demand voice only practice?

I'm looking for something I can use to practice conversation on my lunch breaks. I take lunch basically whenever I'm able, so it needs to be on-demand/instant, not a booking based system.

Are there any reasonably priced, on-demand, voice-only Japanese conversation lessons? Where I can just connect with someone on my break, have a 30 minute chat with them, and pay for it?

I was also considering using Tandem for voice-memo language exchange. But from everything I've read, Tandem chats end up just sticking to one language. I don't want to take advantage of someone by having it be in Japanese all the time. Is there anything similar to Tandem, where I don't have to worry so much about the awkwardness?
