Hi all, booked these hotels on bookings.com but need to cancel one of them before September 1st before money gets taken out.
Any suggestions of which one is better ? And what’s this specific location in Shinjuku like?
From what I noticed Tokyo stay seemed to be very prompt and quick with responses when I was asking questions so I think I’m leading more towards them.
But would love to get other opinions as well
