I'm 30, Vietnamese, aiming to study the Master of Sustainability at University of Tokyo or United Nations University in 2025. My husband, IT engineer, already have 5-year working visa, is applying CoE for dependent visa for me so we could relocate to Tokyo together in November 2024 as latest.
However, I found my situation is not eligible for MEXT or ADB Japan Scholarships because at the time of enrollment, I would reside in Japan under dependent visa mode and have no intentions of going back to Vietnam. Do you know any scholarships I'm eligible to apply? Thank you very much.
