I'm kind of a mess and have a lot of prescription medications. I have checked and nothing I take is banned in Japan, so all good there. The issue is my insurance will only cover 90 day supplies, and my understanding is Japan will only allow you to bring 1 month amounts, in the original rx container. Does anyone know if it will be fine if I put my extra in something else, and bring only 30 days worth in my 3 month bottle? I don't expect customs to count my pills but it should be clear that the bottle is only 1/3 full. Or am I going to have to fight my insurance to fill a 30 day rx one time?
