How is the tech startup industry in Japan

I just received an offer letter from a startup with an office located in Shibuya, Tokyo. A bit about the startup: it's primarily a workplace for people in their 20s, with the oldest employee being 31 years old. Currently, the company has only 16 employees. They are offering a salary that’s quite high compared to my current one, with an increase of around 100,000 yen.

From what I understand, a high workload is expected, probably with around 30 hours of overtime per month. Does anyone work in a similar environment, and how does it differ from a Western-style startup?

Edit: Its a seishain position.
