Anyone recognize this Pachinko token?

I work in a library in central Oklahoma, in the US. This token was found on one of our public computers, does anyone recognize it?

I find coins like this, particularly from outside the US, extremely fascinating, and I'm curious if there's any insight that this sub could bring to light.

I've posted already on r/Tokensoftheworld and done a bunch of googling, neither of which had any significant results.
