Hi! I am currently 13 weeks pregnant but my baby stopped growing when he/she reached 4.1mm and no heartbeat was found. I went for my ultrasound on August 3rd and was given an option to have d&c on August 16th. Fast forward, I started having unbearable cramps and light bleeding on the 13th. Tomorrow is my d&c and I couldn't decide if I will just continue having it naturally passed or undergo with the operation. What do you recommend? I am also wondering how much does it cost to have d&c operation here in Japan and if it could be under health insurance? Thank you mommas for answering. This is my first ever pregnancy which ended up tragically.
