Will Naito even make it to Wrestle Kingdom? [no result spoilers]

I feel like this has to be asked after that disaster class with Shota Umino. For what it's worth, it wasn't Shota's best performance, but fucking hell, can Naito really even make it to Wrestle Kingdom to drop it to the G1 winner with that kind of performance? He's obviously got to make a defense or two between now and January, but he looked like a walking corpse out there. Even though I've never been the biggest Naito guy, I'm really damn concerned for him because it looks like his body just can't take it anymore.
