Hi everyone, I’m a 27-year-old software engineer living in Japan for the past 2 years. I have an engineer visa valid for another 5 years.
I’m thinking of taking a mortgage loan to buy a property and then renting it out. However, I have nearly no experience in investment.
Is it possible for a foreigner like me to do this in Japan? Where can I find government rules related to this type of investment? And are there any recommended financial advisors I can consult with?
