I bought the Hokuriku Arch Pass for my September trip on the JR-EAST site and was able to reserve some tickets from Tokyo to Nagano/Kanazawa etc successfully.
However, when I tried to look for the Thunderbird reservations from Tsuruga to Osaka, I'm unable to do so since it's actually served via JR-WEST.
Is there any way for me to reserve Thunderbird tickets online now or do I have to wait till I'm in Japan to reserve tickets? Curious if I can even get a reservation considering it's a holiday when I'm planning to go (Sept 23).
Appreciate any help as it's my first time buying one of these passes.
