Hello. I tried to use the online system to renew my visa, but I couldnt get the software to install. I just get ??? everywhere. Is there a good guide or something that anyone knows of?
Or could someone who managed to do this help me out? much appreciated!

If you change your “Language setting for non-unicode program” to Japanese it should solve the ??? problem.
