I was (and continue to be) a director of my company's local KK entity. To increase my salary and working hours, it was decided to make me an employee AND director (or they are going to pull the director position from me and haven't told me yet, although I am largely indifferent on this point).. I am a bit lost as to the pros and cons of the situation… I am working for a startup and my company is largely inexperienced with handling HR issues across different companies.
Any advice?
