I am looking for an e-bike repair shop in Japan, preferably in or near Kanagawa. My only issue is that the bike still does not have a TS Mark, so it is being rejected by most places. The bike is a known international brand (CARBO) and it has the UL 2849 certification which is the golden standard for e-bike safety.
Any suggestions?
