A question about karaoke fees

So me and my wife went to a karaoke chain from 10 pm to 1 am (originally it was going to be up to 0 am. We did add nomihodai and then extended twice because they took too long to bring some of the drinks and one small food order. I asked them to not charge us for food that never came to our room, so they took that out from the bill, but we still were charged over 10,000 yen and it felt a bit fishy to me. Do you get punished for extending or something? I’m trying to find out what we might have done wrong. There is a sort of detail of what was being charged before you “check out” but not in the receipt.

EDIT: we only had two drinks each because they were taking way too long to bring them. The second one I had to go get myself to the counter after insisting. So yeah, lousy service. Why offering nomihoudai when you can’t provide it? Just to have us extend and being charged much more? I hope that helps to explain my perception of fishiness even though it’s true that I don’t understand their business or how they charge.
