Colourful smart-casual women’s clothing for work in Japan?

I'm looking to fill a gap in my wardrobe – I'm on the hunt for colorful smart-casual women's clothing suitable for an office environment while I’m vacationing in Japan in September. I'm open to a range of prices, from affordable to something a bit more pricey. I'm also interested in finding unique pieces, so if you know of any vintage clothing stores that carry smart-casual workwear in vibrant colors, I'd love to hear about them!

I will be in Tokyo/Osaka/Kyoto/Hiroshima – so any stores in those vicinities are welcomed!
