Not exactly medications, natural anti inflammatories for Chron’s info

One of my children takes a lot of different natural antiinflammatories, vitamins and supplements which I usually prepare weekly in a pill carrier so he can take them to his dad's every fortnight and on our holidays whenever we go. Last time flying to Italy we weren't even questioned about them (just went into the usual security checks with the bags), I am wondering if they could be a problem to bring to Japan (and Seoul before that since we go via there). They're in capsules and tablet form, a couple of them are gelatinous pearls and another two are in liquid droppers form. While the dropper bottles will have the names on them, the rest will be in the pill boxes without names etc. as it would be incredibly bulky and impractical. Should I take pictures of each of them and show the pictures if asked or will they not bother us about them?
