ID nigiri and sashimi

hey guys can you help me ID which fish these are and what’s on top of them (nigiri)?

First pic: zuma Las Vegas, second pic: cafe ile

For the nigiri i remember the guy telling me there was sweet shrimp, red snapper, amber jack, salmon, tuna. Can’t remember anything else or the order lol
