Another PR score calculation related question

I'm currently tallying my points but seem to be missing a few. I understand that I need to demonstrate having 80 points at least one year prior to my application. However, I've heard some differing experiences. For example, a friend of mine was able to submit their salary slip from the year leading up to the application after consulting with the immigration office.

I joined a small company six months ago that qualifies for the following criterion: "Work in small and medium-sized enterprises with a ratio of testing and research expenses exceeding 3%." Since I wasn’t an employee one year ago, can I still count this towards my score?

Additionally, I started working exactly three years ago. Does this make me eligible for the 5 points awarded for 3-5 years of work experience?

If I get certificates and reach 80 points including them, should I also wait for 1 year to apply?
