My husband read somewhere that during Sakura Hanami you need a ticket or reservation to get into Ueno Park. I haven't been able to find any details about this though. We are planning to be there the first week of April and I wanted to take the kids right after breakfast (like 7am). Would we need a ticket then, or is it more an afternoon thing? Where do you buy tickets?
