Is a short train ride immediately after a 14 hour flight a bad idea?

I need advice as to whether this first night coming into Japan is reasonable the way I have it planned:

January 18th (Thursday)

  • 8:00 AM EST: Depart from Orlando.
  • 11:30 AM EST: Layover in Toronto for about an hour.
  • 12:45 PM EST: Depart Toronto.

January 19th (Friday)

  • 4:50 PM JST: Arrive at Haneda Airport (HND), Tokyo.
  • 5:50 PM JST: Estimated time to clear customs and pick up luggage.
  • 6:00 PM JST: Travel from Haneda Airport to Hakone Kowakien Mikawaya Ryokan, Hakone.
    • Route:
      1. Take the Keikyu Airport Line from Haneda Airport to Shinagawa Station (Approx. 15 minutes).
      2. At Shinagawa Station, transfer to the Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen (Nozomi or Hikari) bound for Odawara Station (Approx. 30 minutes).
      3. From Odawara Station, take the Hakone Tozan Railway to Hakone-Yumoto Station (Approx. 15 minutes).
      4. Transfer to the Hakone Tozan Bus or take a taxi to the Hakone Ryokan (Approx. 20-25 minutes by bus or 15 minutes by taxi).
    • Estimated Arrival Time: Around 8:30 PM JST.
