What on earth is that sauce called? Like the official appropriate name for that sauce? It's not katsu sauce.
I used to be stationed in Oki. I liked cocos, I'd had brown curry before. It's good. I make it similarly at home. I cannot find that delicious tasty sauce though. It is not the same. I have weird craving for the sauce.
