I’m a 20s woman moving to Japan. I found a job online that I want to apply for but I don’t know much about cultural nuances for job applications there. I’m a software engineer if that’s relevant.
I’ve been told that companies usually expect a headshot on your resume, but that’s about the only thing I know and I’m sure there’s more I’m unaware of.
Could someone let me know what Japanese companies would typically expect on a resume or share a sample document with me? Some advice would be very helpful, thanks!
