Hi everyone, I’m now in the process of preparing my documents for PR application. Thanks to all your discussions and references that helps to make my research process easier.
I have questions that I can’t find the discussion in this sub or internet.
As a context, I plan to apply through scoring system. I’m living in Japan with my wife (who is also a foreigner) for two years now. Both of us hold working visa (Engineer/Specialist/International Services).
Question is:
1. can I apply for PR together with her as a family? If so, do you know where can I see the additional required documents? I’ve tried to browse mofa site but couldn’t find anything related to applying as foreigner family.
If we can’t apply as a family, is the usual practice to have my application approved and then she will apply afterwards as separate individual?
Continuing question No.2, if I manage to get my PR, can I support/sponsor her, even though she’s not eligible for scoring system?
