Hi everyone
We land at Haneda at 7am from the UK. Our return flight two weeks later is also from Haneda.
Instead of going to Tokyo first, would anyone recommend/suggest going instead to Kyoto straight from Haneda airport? The thinking is that 7am will be too early to check in anywhere in Tokyo, and as we are going back to Tokyo, we may as well press on to Kyoto on day 1, and explore Tokyo before we leave.
Is there anything we are ignoring in this thinking? We'll most likely be very tired after the flight, so perhaps a couple more hours on a bullet train is better than "wasting" a day tired in Tokyo?
