Technically 초밥 since I’m in Korea

I’m living in the country side in Korea and usually go to my local fish supplier and buy some live fish. I get to practice my fish filleting and eat some fresh fish.

Marinated aburi sashimi and fresh.

Since the fish is so fresh, the fresh sashimi has quite a tough texture and is bland. I don’t recommend it without marinating or aging.
