Hi everyone again! I’m having a tough time deciding if I should split my nights between Osaka and Kyoto or stick with just Osaka. Right now it’s 5N Osaka, 3N Kyoto, 3N Tokyo Asakusa, 2N at 2 different Disney hotels, 4N Tokyo Ginza. I will be using the luggage forwarding with the hotel I’m staying at except for the 3N Tokyo Asakusa because they don’t provide it (will be using Airporter they come to the hotel to pick up and drop off. Has anyone used them??) will not bring luggage to Disney hotels except a carry on.
Would the better option be 7N Osaka (do one full day trip to Kyoto) then 4N Tokyo Asakusa?

Day 1 OSAKA
– arrive at Osaka Airport at 5pm
– train to hotel in Dotonbori
– Dinner dotonbori area (about 8/9pm arrive)
Day 2 OSAKA
– Kids plaza
– Teien Observatory/Umeda Sky Building
– Pokémon centre
Day 3 OSAKA
– Kuromon Market
– Rest day
Day 4 OSAKA
– Namba Yasaka Jinjya Shrine
– Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan
– Tempozan Ferris wheel
Day 5 OSAKA
– day trip to Nara or rest day if needed
Day 6 OSAKA – KYOTO
– Check out from hotel before 11:00am
AONIYOSHI train to Kyoto 9:10 arrive 10:35am (book in august one month prior)
– Check into Hotel Musse Kyoto Hotel anyone stayed at this hotel?
– Gion district
Day 7 KYOTO
– bamboo forest 10 am arrival? Will it be too busy? Or can go after lunch 3:30..
– lunch resos at Itsukichaya at 2pm
– Head back to hotel to rest
Day 8 KYOTO
– Fushimi Shrine *either arrive by 8am or after 5:30pm will not climb to the top max 30 mins up and down
– eat around fushimi
– back to hotel rest
– Daimaru closes at 10pm or Takashimaya closes at 8
Day 9 KYOTO – TOKYO
– Check out from Hotel
– 20 mins bus to Kyoto Station – take Shinkansen bullet train to Tokyo (2h15 min)
– Check in to Hotel in Asakusa
– Senso-ji
Day 10 TOKYO
– Water bus from Asakusa to Odaiba
– Legoland (4 mins walk from pier)
– Giant gundam (14 min walk from legoland)
– Team Labs planets in the evening (close at 10pm 18 min bus from legoland)
Day 11 TOKYO
– use Airporter service to pick up all luggage to arrive at Ginza hotel on day 14 except 1 carry on luggage to bring to Disney
– Tokyo National Museum nature and Science (9:30-5:00) 20 min from hotel can skip
– Akihabara (manga electronic gaming district) 20 mins from Museum can skip rest day
Day 12 TOKYO – DISNEY Miracosta Hotel *was only able to score 1 night
– Check out from Asakusa hotel
– Check in DisneySea MiraCosta Hotel 3:00pm
– Evening pass for Disneyland *max 4 rides
Day 13 DISNEY Toy Story Hotel
– DisneySea full day happy entry early morning *only for frozen and rapunzel my daughters favourite
– Check into Toy Story Hotel
Day 14 DISNEY – TOKYO
– Check out from Toy Story Disney hotel by 12:00pm
– Train to Hotel in Ginza *luggage will arrive at hotel
– Stop at Tokyo train station for ramen street
– Suitengu Shrine
Day 15 TOKYO
– Shibuya sky
– Shibuya crossing
– Omoide Yokocho (piss alley) shinjuku can skip
– Shinjuku Chuo Park playground
Day 16 TOKYO
– tsukiji market
– Relax shop eat
Day 17 TOKYO
– Hie shrine can skip
– Harajuku
– Roppongi – Sakurazaka Park (playground)
Day 18 TOKYO
Leave hotel before noon direct train to Narita (1h30min)
