Do you guys know the average timeline for moving back to the US with a spouse? I’m filling out an I-130 form to be submitted this month. How long should I expect to be able to go back home? (No children, just recently married this year.) ps: I’m sorry if this gets asked a lot, but i couldn’t find recent info on this.

Very much depends on your specific situation. [Current USCIS estimates](https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/) (which you could have searched for) states the normal I-130 with no expedites as being about 10-16 months, depending on service center, just for the USCIS phase. Typically 2-4 months tacked on to the end of that for the NVC phase, and another 1-2 months for the embassy phase. Plan on 16-22 months as an average.
There’s plenty of recent info on this. Just have to try a little harder to search.
