Hi! It was my first time getting sushi today and I went with the chef’s choice, but unfortunately I wasn’t told what the pieces were. I’ve been able to figure out the shrimp in the back, the salmon in the middle, and the tuna at the front. I think the first white one (closest to the front) is white tuna, but I’m completely stumped by that striped one in the back. Any ideas? (I’ve included the list of nigiri options, in the second photo, if that helps any. They also have squid.)
