I'm in the states for a couple weeks and I have a package that just arrived today through JP Post at the post office. I can't find much online to help me so I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same thing happen before. I had a friend go to try and pick it up for me but even after facetiming to show my ID they couldn't let him pickup, they also wouldn't hold it when he asked either. Is there some sort of form I can fill out online or do I have to call or email directly?
